Goodbye Comfort Springs
Dec
3 months earlier
“Are you comfortable Pet?” I asked
The woman suspended from the ceiling on the pulley and chain, muttered through the gag, then nodded. Her body glistened with sweat, and the air was heavy with the aroma of musky sex. Her back was flushed bright pink. She made a beautiful, delightful toy to play with. And as hard and eager I was to find my peace inside her body, I held back. We had all night to play, and fuck.
As I brought the whip down on the woman’s back, the bedroom door swung open. Annoyed by the interruption; shit, my fellow brothers know not to come to my room. Especially when I was with one of the club whores, and I was entertaining. With a sigh, I turned to give whoever had entered a lecture. Only to have my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth.
Stood at the door with her mouth flapping open and shut. Her eye wide as the scene around her sank in, was my Aphrodite. I have no recall when my light flirtation with the redhead turned into an obsession. That the woman standing at the door filled every dream I have.
After Quick Draw’s attack, Ivy became a semi-permanent fixture at the club. She was employed by the club to help Quick Draw recover from his attack. To help him fight his disability, and to take care of him. That was nearly two years ago. During this time, she has never been in my room. Ivy was more likely to leave a room I entered, than to come purposely looking for me. And the moment she does, I have some whore chained to the ceiling. My cock, which had been hard, now throbbed urgently.
“Sorry,” she said, blinking wildly as she absorbed the scene she just disturbed. Then with a step back, left the room as quickly as she had entered it.
Fuck, I wanted to chase after the woman. However, I was unable to do so. At the loss of Ivy, my cock deflated. Torn between what I desired, and what needed to be done, I turned to the whore, and quickly brought her to an orgasm. After cleaning us both, I left the whore sleeping in my bed, then went in search of Ivy.
When I found her, she was in the arms of another biker. Her body close to his as she laughed as he whispered in her ear. I may not have the right; however, irritation at seeing her in another man’s arms flooded through me.
Since arriving in Comfort Springs, Ivy has never dated a brother from Devil’s Comfort, never mind danced with one. The only bikers she spoke to, were Tabby, Quick Draw, and Flynn. And now to see her in another man’s arms was soul destroying. Perturbed by the closeness of their bodies, I ambled over to the dancing couple.
“Ivy, can we talk?” I asked.
“There’s nothing to talk about, Dec.”
“Come on, Ivy. You came to me. You must have wanted something.”
“Look, Dec, I made a mistake. I shouldn’t have come to your room.”
“Why did you?”
“It doesn’t matter now.’ Turning her back to me she said, ‘Come on, Sundance, let’s get a drink.”
Left alone on the dancefloor, I watched Ivy walk away. My lust for the woman in my bed had evaporated and the woman I ached for; I was unable to have. Not wanting to stay and watch Ivy with the biker, I left Devil’s Den.
Present Day.
Ever since the bedroom incident, Ivy has ignored me. Each time I attempted to talk to her, she walked away. On some occasions, she left the room. Today, well today she was leaving Comfort Springs with Flynn.
For the last few weeks, I have watched her grow closer to the UFC fighter. And now she was leaving. Unobserved from the road, I watched Ivy say goodbye to the Ol’ Ladies. Silently praying she would change her mind. That she would give me a chance. Hopelessly, I watched her mount the bike and fasten the helmet Flynn passed to her. As soon as Flynn turned off the street, I switched the Harley’s engine on and followed them. Not once did she look back as she left Comfort Springs.
Was she aware I was following her? When day turned to dusk, Flynn turned off the main road and into the parking lot of a motel, and I followed. After parking the bike, I silently watched as they strolled into a room. Fear griped me. Was I losing her? For the last four weeks, Ivy has refused to talk to me. Unwilling to give up, I parked the Harley next to Flynn’s, then knocked on the room door. Grateful it was Ivy who answered, and not my bond brother.
“What are you doing here?” she asked.
Her tee-shirt clung to her body, and her red hair tumbled over her shoulders and down her back, and I ached to reach out and touch her. Instead, I said. “To talk to you.”
“I told you, Dec. There’s nothing to talk about.”
When Ivy went to close the door, I grabbed her arm and dragged her outside. “Ivy, let me explain.”
“There’s nothing to explain. You’re into kinky sex, Dec. Hey, that’s fine with me. But I’m not.”
Provoked by Ivy’s attitude, I drew her into my arms and stole my first kiss. It was everything I knew it would be. The redhead never fought me. Instead, she grabbed my hair, digging her fingers into my scalp as she deepened the kiss. Consumed by the kiss, I guided Ivy’s body up against the wall, rubbing my cock against the junction of her legs. Her moans were music to my ears.
As my hand snaked to the front of her top, Ivy began to struggle, breaking free of my hold. “You shouldn’t have kissed me, Dec,” she said on a breath as light as air.
“Baby, you were there all the way.”
Ivy touched her face. Her fingers stroked the plump red lips I just finished kissing. “I know and I’m sorry. Dec, I am sorry. Now, please go”
“Ivy.”
“Go”
When I would have said more, Ivy ducked under my arm. As she dashed into the room, passing Flynn as he stood by the door, she refused to glance in my direction. My body may be sore from the fight we had this morning. That, however, never stopped my hand from itching to give the bastard another beating.
“You heard her, Dec. Go back to Comfort Springs and the whores.” Flynn said, shutting the door in my face.
As I stared at the door, temptation begged me to beat it down, and demand what was mine. But I held back. I have never had to woo a woman. They always came to me. In need of advice, I spun the Harley out of the parking lot to return to Comfort Springs, and to Ma.
Ivy
The kiss continued to tingle on my lips.
“Are you OK, Ivy?” Flynn asked.
I smiled at the biker as I nodded. “It was nothing.”
“Nothing?”
I nodded. “Dec just wanted to say bye. He missed me at the house this morning to thank me for what I did for Quick Draw.” Flynn raised his eyebrow. “He was passing when he saw your bike,” I said.
Flynn sniggered as he grabbed a bottle of beer and threw it at me, which I caught, then unscrewed the cap, and took a long swallow.
Dec and I have never been a couple. Shit, until tonight, we had never kissed. I like sex. I enjoy sex, but sex with Dec was another level. One I was unwilling to explore. You can call it vanilla. Shit, I enjoyed touching the person I was with when having sex. I stared into my bottle. The voices of the television nothing more than background noise.
In the two years I lived in Comfort Springs, I have always been aware of Dec. I did not have to see him. I did not have to watch him enter a room to be aware he was there or where he stood. My body did that for me. I would just know he was close and in the last twelve months the attraction has grown worse. He haunted my dreams. He was the first thing I thought about when I woke, and my last thought of the day. He scared me.
Not in the violent way. I knew he would never hurt me, Not physically or abusive. With my emotions. He has the power to break my heart. But because of his lifestyle, we had no future. It’s three months since I walked into his room at the club. Then ran when I saw the woman handcuffed to the chains. And I have a secret. My pussy had throbbed as I saw the whip in his hand and the bulge in his leather pants.
I was not a fool. I wanted that. To experience his domination. But it was not just the sex which held me back. I wanted more, and he would not give me that, which made him just not for me. I wanted to travel. I had already put my life on hold for two years because my previous long-term boyfriend dumped me, then abandoned me in Comfort Springs with no money, and I had to earn the money to leave.
My stay in Comfort Springs had not intended to be long term, but Quick Draw’s recovery had taken longer than expected, and during my stay I made friends. I was not going to do it again. If it were to have happen, we would have had sex by now. All I had to do was ask, and he would never have said no.
As I sipped the beer, the image of Dec and the woman rose before me. Even now, after all this time, I could still clearly see the woman’s body glisten at the sweat covered body. I reached up and touched my eyes. She had been blindfolded and the air closed in around me. My breath caught in my throat. As I gasped out loud, Dec turned to me. Our eyes met and held. His tongue ran over his lips, and my body pulsed. I had been tempted. Tempted to step into the room. To walk up to the woman and touch her. To ask her how she felt. But I had not. I could smell the heavy musk as it hung in the air, and I turned and ran.
That night, my dreams were vivid. It was one thing to hear the rumors. To know that Dec walked on the dark side. But to see it. To smell it. Then lie awake at night aching for his touch while knowing it was not for me, was something else. That was when I knew I had to leave. I was not running, I told myself. It was just time for me to move on. Seeing Dec in that situation had pushed me from the comfort zone I fell into over the years I lived in Comfort Springs.
This morning, in Comfort Springs as I prepared to leave, I had been relieved Dec had not come to see me off. Quick Draw had called, wished me well for the future. Rayven and Tabby, Dec’s twin brother had been there. It had been a sad parting. I had made friends, and Ellie, and the women have promised they would visit.
“We can return,’ Flynn said.
I woke from my daydream and shook my head. ‘No, I’m okay.’
‘Are you?’
I glanced to the window wondering if Dec was still outside. I could call him. I knew he would come back. Take me back to Comfort Springs and we could have our affair. A couple of nights of hot sweaty sex as our bodies sought and found release. But would I find satisfaction.
I shook my head. I would still have to leave. It was better this way before the real heartbreak set in. This way, I had no memories of what it would be like to be taken. To feel him inside me. To be devoured by Dec. And that is just what he would do. He would devour me, and I would lose myself and then, I would never do the things I have yearned to do since I climbed on the bus for my first solo trip all those years ago. I would not get to see further than the borders of Louisiana, and I wanted to see so much more.
I took another mouthful of beer. Then smiled at Flynn. “To the future.”
